Responsibilities
Review the Bullseye report and team updates to grasp daily priorities.
Keep an eye on work-flow, address any bottlenecks, and ensure open communication to achieve deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Serve as a bridge between machine operators and management to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse to guarantee the availability of materials.
Recognize all material requirements to stock and supply machines for product production.
Pay: $18.50 hourly

* Assist with preparation of international tax compliance for our consolidated federal tax return (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 5713, 8975, 8991, 8992, statements and elections).
* Track pretax earnings, adjustments, and taxes for the calculation of E&P and tested income.
* Help manage the review of quarterly tax provision supplemental and annual TBBS files, supporting workpapers, account reconciliations, and documentation. Communicate issues and findings to senior tax management.
* Prepare E&P studies, tax basis studies, and other special projects.
* Assist with quarterly Subpart F and GILTI calculations.
* Assist with quarterly Pillar 2 calculations and other Pillar 2 matters.
* Assist with our annual transfer price compliance study and other transfer pricing special projects.
* Assist with tax aspects of M&A transactions.
* Provide support for or lead various tax projects as needed.
* Build collaborative relationships across the organization.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Detail oriented focus with excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills.

Position Summary
The Shipping Floater provides support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. This role will include gaining a working knowledge of all processes within the department.
Organizational Relationship
This position reports directly to Shift Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Forklift experience is required, preferably on a Reach Truck and Stand Up Forklift
Provide leadership support to Receiving Lead and Shipping / Receiving Supervisor
Ensure all needed equipment is ready and available for team at the start of the shift
Ensure all equipment is accounted for and put away at the end of the shift
Audit team members for PPE
Help coordinate and support receiving plan for scheduled inbound throughout the day
Validate proper restocking of pick locations
Support daily rotations within the department and cover during team member breaks
Ensure all team members are following SOS protocol
Train and mentor new team members
Conduct weekly and monthly department audits
Perform daily lift inspections
Oversee and assist with end of shift clean-up process
Must be flexible and adaptable in ability to help the team when necessary
Able to speak and understand both written and spoken English
All other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion

Job Description
The Quality Tech - Supplier Quality position is the lead point-of-contact between the DA operations team and our vendors/ suppliers, and is responsible for overall performance and improvements in supplier quality and material quality. This position works within the Distributive Assembly (DA) and Riverside Quality System, and uses root cause analysis techniques, and trend/ statistical analysis to assist in the continual improvement of the DA's manufacturing processes.
This individual will also assist in solving problems, controlling variables, and providing candid & accurate feedback that are critical to quality. They will be expected to lead continuous improvement activities and teams focused on improving material quality within the DA.
Organizational Relationship:
This position will report to the Quality Manager as a member of the Continuous Improvement and Quality Department.
Accountabilities:
Request, coordinate and track through completion vendor corrective actions
Develop new metrics and processes to improve material quality (for example: First Pass Yield)
Able to access and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Able to complete and publish End-of-Month Vendor Scrap Reports
Audit incoming and in-process pallets for non-conforming material
Audit current processes for identification of defects in material goods and process execution
Coordinate processing of non-conforming material into quarantine receiving “red zone” and/or vendor scrap area
Maintain accountability over quarantined material and expedite disposition through vendors
Actively participate in Process, Shipping and Out-of-Box Audits and work towards resolution of open items
Interacts with Leadership in the identification and resolution of product quality problems
Frequently interacts with internal and external customers to resolve quality problems
Coordinate return of defective material to vendors with Materials/Supply group
Audit and evaluate pallets of non-conforming material and reconcile discrepancies between actual inventory and tally report sheets
Capture defect data, analyze, and identify/communicate trends with recommended countermeasures for resolution.
Coach employees on proper processing of “scrap” materials and with proper repair techniques
Periodically review specifications and Standard Operating Sheets (SOS) etc. for accuracy and revisions
Support Riverside DA employees and Leadership as needed to interpret specifications and solve problems
Assist with creating quality standards and visual aids, and training associates on their intended use
Participate in Kaizen improvement events, especially those focused on quality
Generate, modify, and complete Standard Operating Sheets (SOS)
Support Annual Physical Inventories
Support root cause investigations in collaboration with Quality Technician.
Perform Pick Cart Audits
Review and respond to Hour By Hour Supplier related defects being reported.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with expertise in Excel preferred
Ability to apply and interpret basic statistical data
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to discern colors and see defects from arm's length away
Must have the ability to actively initiate, lead, and participate in problem solving activities as they pertain to supplier quality issues
Must be able to give candid feedback and report findings of non-compliance to the Riverside Quality System

Possess manual dexterity to perform detailed cosmetic repairs to cabinet components by hand

A combination of bending, reaching, squatting/stooping, standing and walking for up to nine hours per day
The ability to operate a manual pallet jack

Responsibilities
Sets up, manages and runs ASI plastics printing machines and files to turn material into finished products according to specifications, procedures and practices. Operates additional equipment like coater and primer units
Conducts troubleshooting and performs routine maintenance on ASI plastics printing machines
Responsible for approving and certifying that ASI plastics printing machines are ready for production after maintenance work
Participates in product testing and general research and development for products
Ensures consistent quality and color in prints from all ASI printing machines
Pay range depending on experience: $25+ DOE
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
At least two years' experience in Digital Printing Press Operation/Plastic Card Printing Equipment
Must be competent or above in Microsoft Office
Proficient in math for percentages, areas and volume
Basic understanding of Color Theory and ability to accurately view the full color spectrum
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
Desired Work Experience:
Experience with HP or digital print
Successful completion of HP certified operator & shared maintenance training
Experience working within ISO 9001 or documented quality system

Position Summary
Responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement activities using lean manufacturing principles in support of meeting financial, business and leadership development goals.
