Pros of working at CPI Security: Nicely appointed corporate office, good benefits, strong marketing program, good immediate colleagues on the whole
Cons of working at CPI Security: Highly stressful call center work environment. While the company touts "culture" and "family," you can just as quickly become nothing more than a number and could be ushered out the door in the blink of an eye. It is all about stats and metrics and the company keeps applying pressure to squeeze more out of its employees without regard to the human element.
My favorite perks at CPI were: a good on-site cafe, fitness room, free flu shots and certain free health screenings, annual company outings
There really is not anything good to say here. The leadership team is all about themselves and their well-being, along with high doses of greed.
The company needs to stop with the favoritism and nepotism and treat everyone as equals. Managers and supervisors should be trained better to treat their subordinates as human beings rather than robots.
I went on-line to learn more about the company, its leadership team, what it does, and what plans it has for the future.
The compensation at CPI Security is a bit below average compared to the industry average.
Diverse demographics are exceptionally good in the lower ranks of the company. However, diversity is almost non-existent in the company's C-suite.
What brings me the most joy from work is the satisfaction derived from knowing that I have helped customers solve their problems so that they can have greater peace of mind as well as being a good listener to their concerns.
