What You'll Do:
Provide fantastic customer service focused on dispute resolution and overcoming challenges

Provide solutions-based approaches to retain customers who are considering service cancellation.
Champion the customer care process, which includes, troubleshooting technical issues, answer questions or concerns regarding systems or services.

Consistently improve retention rates and achieve retention goals.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chargeback Specialist to join our Finance/Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving chargeback disputes, protecting company revenue, and ensuring compliance with all relevant payment network regulations. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as you will interact with company Merchant Processor and internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve credit card disputes and chargebacks in a timely and accurate manner.
* Gather and analyze transaction data and documentation to build compelling dispute cases.
* Communicate with merchant processor and internal departments (such as Customer Care, Special Projects & collections) to clarify issues and resolve disputes.
* Maintain accurate records of all chargeback activity and reconciliation efforts.
* Stay up-to-date on all card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and industry regulations.
* Assist with external audits related to chargeback processes.
* Update Customers account to reflect the ongoing and completed chargeback process
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Experience: Experience in a finance or accounting role with direct or indirect exposure to the chargeback process, billing or customer analysis functions
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office(word/PDF/Excel) is required.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You'll Do:
Sell residential, commercial, and new construction Security and Home Automation products and services via incoming phone calls
Promote, accurately describe and sell the details of our services or products in a knowledgeable manner, including upselling & cross selling when possible
Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Field Sales and Technicians have all the information they need to create a satisfactory experience for the homeowner
Actively listen to customers' needs and provide a consultative and persuasive sales approach that champions the CPI brand from start to finish
Engage customers throughout the sales cycle to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into sales or confirmed appointments
Create and maintain a robust pipeline through the Salesforce CRM Platform and contribute to the sales database in multiple systems
Pursue customers in Salesforce and other CRM systems via outbound calls to further develop customer base
Excel in a fast-paced, sales driven environment where exceeding sales goals leads to long term success
Provide best-in-class customer care in all interactions
What We're Looking For:
