Groundfloor is a member-led neighborhood space designed for people who want a dependable place to work alongside others, without forced networking or constant programming. Our spaces are calm, well-run, and flexible - which also makes them a strong fit for the right kinds of private rentals and events.
Overview
We're looking for a self-directed Private Events Sales Manager to own and grow private event and rental bookings for our Echo Park, Los Angeles location. This is a commission-based, part-time role built for someone who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful upside.
You will run this channel as your own business within Groundfloor. You'll own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing and coordination, with clear ownership over performance and results.
In addition, you'll host a limited number of membership tours each week, which provides an additional, separate commission stream.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibility: Private Events & Rentals
Own and grow private event and rental revenue for the LA location
Proactively source leads through outreach, partnerships, referrals, and creative prospecting
Manage the full booking process from first inquiry through signed agreement
Qualify clients and clearly communicate space constraints and expectations
Maintain a simple pipeline and forecast bookings
Coordinate with the Groundfloor team to ensure smooth execution of rentals
Be on-site for select private rentals to support setup, hosting, and handoff
Secondary Responsibility: Membership Tours
Host scheduled membership tours Tuesday-Thursday, 11am-2pm
Convert interested visitors into Groundfloor members
Earn commission per successful membership conversion
Who This Is For
Experience in event sales, venue rentals, hospitality, or a related field
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort owning revenue outcomes
Highly self-directed with strong follow-through
Confident representing the brand in person and setting boundaries with clients
Motivated by commission, independence, and performance-based growth
Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission-only role with uncapped upside. Your earnings scale directly with the revenue you generate.
Private Events (Primary Earnings)
30% commission on all private event and rental bookings you close
Example:
$10,000 in bookings = $3,000 commission
$20,000 in bookings = $6,000 commission
$30,000 in bookings = $9,000 commission
Our target is $30K+ in monthly private event bookings, which represents approximately $9,000/month in commission from events alone.
Membership Tours (Additional Earnings)
$30 commission for each person who becomes a Groundfloor member after attending your tour

20 new members/month = $600
35 new members/month = $1,050
Total Monthly Earning Potential at Target Performance
~$9,000 from private events
~$1,000+ from membership conversions
→ ~$10,000/month in commission, with no cap on upside
Schedule & Structure
Part-time, commission-based
Flexible, self-directed hours
On-site for tours Tuesday-Thursday, 11am-2pm
On-site for private rentals as needed

Forex Currency Trader
Forex Smart Trade 4.0
Columbia, SC jobs
Are you interested in making more money and being paid what you're worth? Would you like to have more independence and decision-making authority in your job? Would you like to be your own boss?
Or are you interested in earning some extra cash part-time to help make ends meet as prices continue to rise?
We can help you on the path to becoming financially independent, working as little as an hour or two a day when you want, and from where you want, as a forex day trader trading our company funds.
From CEOs to mothers, from salespeople to engineers, from recent college graduates to seniors looking to stay active, from small business owners to teachers, to anyone who wants to earn a professional income with a few hours per day of effort trading the market with our proprietary trading tools and company money.
If you're smart and coachable, I will train you to be a trader in the foreign currency market. As a FOREX trader, you'll have a proven path to increased income and financial independence.
I'm so confident that I can teach you to become a proficient trader, I'll even let you use company money to trade after you have been trained in how to use our proprietary trading indicator and our risk and money management protocols. (This, by the way, was done 40 years ago by legendary commodity traders Richard Dennis and Bill Eckhardt, see *********************************************************************
There are several reasons why trading is a desirable profession. First, more millionaires are created by trading the forex, futures, and stock markets than in any other industry? You can be one of them. Why not fish where the big fish are being caught? And because the forex market trades using leverage (that is we are trading using the broker's money), we can make above-average returns with the company's money. Not having money as a constraint in what you do and how you do it, is tremendously uplifting.
Second, you control your time versus your time controlling you. Choosing how you spend your time leads to greater fulfillment.
Third, you will be doing something that is fun where you love what you do every day.
We are looking for success-driven individuals, to trade OUR MONEY and KEEP 50% to 80% of the profits.
If you are interested in trading your time for a paycheck, this job is not for you.
This position is like a commissioned sales job. You eat what you kill. We are confident in our tools and training that we will take the risk in letting you trade with company funds.
In our 24 years, we have helped thousands of people, with different experiences and backgrounds, meet their financial goals by using our PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY AND our personalized one-on-one COACHING.
Many of our traders trade only 1 or 2 hrs/day on their schedule, in the comfort of their home or office. Unlike the stock market which is open from 9 am to 4 pm EST, the currency market is open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (so there is no work on weekends).
Many of our traders started with little industry or currency trading experience.
OUR TOOLS AND TRAINING HAVE BEEN TRIED, TESTED, AND PROVEN. And we will demonstrate that to you.
In fact, before you apply, I'd like you to test your aptitude for trading with our 14-day trial, so you can experience it for yourself and qualify to trade our money! Get additional information at **************************
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM OUR PROGRAM?
1. You will be assigned to one of our experienced coaches who will give you INDIVIDUAL, step-by-step coaching on how to trade using our proprietary, predictive market indicators.
2. Once you are trained and qualified, we will FUND A TRADING ACCOUNT FOR YOU TO TRADE. Eventually, you'll have the opportunity to trade up to $100,000.
3. WE are so confident we can make you a successful trader, we take ALL the risk and YOU keep 50% to 80% of the profits.
The income potential is phenomenal! We have a number of traders who left $200,000 a year positions to trade with us and have surpassed their previous position's income.
HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE? CONCERNED ABOUT FINDING TIME TO LEARN AND/OR TRADE?
The FOREX market is OPEN 24/5 (Sunday night through Friday afternoon) so ANYONE with long or unpredictable hours can find an hour most days to trade.
Because the market is open 24 hours a day, trading can be a great side hustle when you start. It generally takes 9 months to a year before you are trading a company account large enough to replace your current job income.
If you are looking for just another JOB … this opportunity is not for you. If you are looking for something you can be passionate about and put you on a path to financial freedom, with unlimited income, then read on.
WHY WOULD WE DO THIS?
We have a 24-year successful track record (10 years with just friends and family and another 14 with a wider pool as the current company) and have trained thousands of individuals, mostly novices, with little or no prior trading experience from a wide range of backgrounds to become successful traders.
Our 24 years of experience have proven that once our traders are taught how to use our proprietary system, they CAN and DO trade very profitably, which is a win-win for both them and us.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Individuals who are success-driven, coachable, who accept responsibility, and who ask questions.
• Individuals who want to be their own boss and want to work for themselves.
• Individuals looking to AUGMENT their current income and/or REPLACE THEIR INCOME.
• Individuals who see themselves becoming financially independent and are willing to work 1 or 2 hours a day to meet this goal.
While our traders come from a wide variety of backgrounds (real estate agents, small business owners, attorneys, teachers, graduate students, seniors looking to stay active, professors, outside salespeople, and recent college graduates, to name a few), we do have limited availability in the program. We evaluate on a first come- first placed basis. So don't wait!
We prefer candidates located in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, the UAE and Australia.
To be considered, go to ************************** and enter your email and we'll send you a link to a video showing you how easy it is to read our indicators and be a successful and profitable trader. Or call (877) FOREX-40 or **************, Extension 800, speak with Paul McMann, Chief Operating Director, or go to ******************************** to schedule a consult with Paul.
This is not in any way an offer or solicitation for you to buy or sell any securities to or from us. All trading is done on dummy accounts to learn how to trade or done in the accounts of others who give you permission to make trades in their accounts, and not with your own money. We are not licensed to offer or purchase securities, and thus do not offer or solicit the sale or purchase of securities by you from us.
