August 2004 Group of several former Government officials who were in leading country’s successful EU accession established CPM Consulting Group with the seat in Riga, Latvia.
July 2005 After successful launch of CPM’s business in Latvia, the company started working with international donor organizations in former USSR and in Western Balkans.
December 2005 CPM is joined by Ugis Sics.
December 2006 Borrowing from its early corporate experience and in the drive to realize its new mission, CPM launched a new network of CPM’s associates from countries where CPM worked.
February 2007 In early 2007 CPM entered the consulting market in Ukraine launching its project on “Support to the Policy Analysis Groups” that piloted white and green book approach to policy development in the country.
April 2008 Partnering with Helm Corporation from Ireland, CPM was awarded one of the largest ever whole of Government functional reviews in Kosovo.
March 2009 CPM, partnering with Ecorys UK, was awarded the UK Government financed large flagship project on supporting the Government of Moldova to put in place a National Development Strategy to replace the poverty reduction program.
May 2009 CPM opened its Branch in Estonia focusing on HR services for the CPM Group as well as specializing in EU financed framework Contract management.
The project lasted until mid 2010 and was regarded as one of the most successful donor financed projects in Kosovo long after it.
October 2011 CPM’s backstopping team in Riga celebrated its 20th study tour of foreign officials to Latvia and Baltic states.
Morgan joined CPM in 2014 and has focused on building leading edge cloud infrastructure, modern digital security platforms and a unified global ERP system.
February 2015 CPM launched a new entity within its group of companies called DADA6.
