Pros of working at Cracker Barrel

Great benefits and salary. Great group of peers to work with.

Cons of working at Cracker Barrel

While there are great co-workers, you do have some bad ones, who call off last minute, or are a bit lazier, which in that case, you would have to put in extra work, since it can n affect you if they don't do their stuff. Also, it's also always busy so no time for break, so you might work a long shift without eating. The job itself can be very demanding.

Cracker Barrel benefits

I love the managers there. They appreciate hard workers and accommodate if you are stuck with an unforeseen circumstance. Also you get rewarded at certain holidays if you work there long enough. There is also a work party to get everyone more acquainted outside of work. They also have employee benefits with discount on the delicious food they serve.
