Sandra Cochran became President and Chief Executive Officer on September 12, 2011 following her service as Cracker Barrel's President and Chief Operating Officer, a post she assumed in November 2010. She joined Cracker Barrel in April, 2009 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She was previously CEO at the nation's 3rd largest book retailer, Books-A-Million, Inc. for the prior five years. She also served as that company's president from 1999 and its chief financial officer from 1993 to 1999. As Vice President, Finance at Books-A-Million, Sandra Cochran was part of the leadership team that took the company public in 1992 and completed a secondary offering in 1993.

Bruce Hoffmeister joined Cracker Barrel in January 2021 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology, security and digital strategies and initiatives.

Mr. Hoffmeister worked at Marriott International for more than 30 years before joining Cracker Barrel. While there, he served in a number of finance and technology executive roles including his most recent role as Global Chief Information Officer.

Mr. Hoffmeister holds degrees in mathematics and biology from Thomas More College and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Donna L. Roberts was named Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Cracker Barrel in May 2020. She is responsible for overall strategic leadership and management of Human Resources.

Ms. Roberts joined Cracker Barrel in April 2012 as Associate General Counsel, advising the company on all aspects of labor and employment law. She was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in 2018, and then became Vice President of Human Resources in 2019. Since joining Cracker Barrel, she’s been a six-time winner of “Best of the Bar” as nominated and voted by her peers and awarded by the Nashville Business Journal.

Before coming to Cracker Barrel, Ms. Roberts was a litigation partner at the regional law firm of Stites & Harbison, PLLC.

Ms. Roberts received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Jennifer Tate joined Cracker Barrel as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in September 2020. She is responsible for restaurant and retail marketing, culinary innovation and operations, menu strategy, communications, and research and insights.

Ms. Tate worked at Darden for 10 years before joining Cracker Barrel. While there, she held various leadership positions including her most recent role as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketer for Olive Garden. She also served as Senior Brand Manager of Pizza Hut for Yum! Brands for three years, and prior to that was a Brand Manager for Frito-Lay.

Before her career in marketing, Ms. Tate served in the United States Government, in the International Trade Administration and the Office of The Secretary of Commerce, including assignments which took her to four continents.

Ms. Tate holds an MBA in marketing from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a MA in International Relations and Economics from George Washington University and a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

P Couvillion is a Finance Director at Landry's Restaurants and Senior VP:Sourcing & Supply Chain/Interim CFO at Cracker Barrel. He has worked as VP:Supply Chain & Quality at Cracker Barrel and VP/Controller at Cracker Barrel.
