The Facilities Repair Worker-Advanced is responsible for facility maintenance which includes preventive maintenance and minor repair of equipment and building components (i.e. walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, and furnishings) and general grounds maintenance (i.e. snow plowing, landscaping, and lawn care). The position provides supervision and training of residents in mechanical maintenance and repair work assignments. This position requires the ability to climb and work from ladders, scaffolding or hydraulic lifts.
