The Manager will be responsible for assisting with promotion, overseeing and expanding sales, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Role Description
Our managers are responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability. The individual in this role will be responsible for executing day-to-day management tasks for the front and back of the house. This includes overseeing profitability, managing labor costs, while working with marketing to develop strategies to increase sales. The role requires strong communication skills, restaurant, customer service, and marketing experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee sales and profitability growth
Oversee the day-to-day operations and sales, inclusive of but not limited to managing the FOH and BOH, opening and closing procedures.
Develop and execute season marketing strategies with Marketing team to create specials, promote events, and help build a solid customer base
Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Manage labor costs
Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with guests, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
Strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills
Experience in restaurant business development, sales and catering, and/or marketing a plus
Three years plus in Restaurant Management or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Restaurant Management a plus
