Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs, if authorized by the customer. Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Fully complete inspection sheet. Maintain an inventory of normal technician's tools not normally inventoried by the service department as special tools. Keep aware of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work as needed.
