The Studio Performance and Operations Coach will report directly to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for helping our Franchise Partners (owners) increase sales and decrease operational costs by coaching them on how to effectively operate an ISI Elite Training facility. This role is based in Charlotte, NC and requires in person work. This team member will play a critical role in supporting our facilities nationwide by ensuring that all departments are aligned and working together to deliver on initiatives that support our overall mission and expansion of the brand, with a key focus on developing and driving systems to support the facility's financial growth.
