I hold deep expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial controlling, U.S. GAAP financial statement preparation and related disclosures, internal audits, SOX implementation, SAP R3 system implementation, commercial contract negotiations, business acquisitions and divestitures, and international strategy deployment.
