Position: Reporting to the SVP, Investor Relations, Treasury & Tax, the Risk & Insurance Manager will lead strategic planning and execution for Cranes comprehensive, company-wide Insurance Program. Key responsibilities include the identification, analysis, implementation, and evaluation of all insurance needed to reduce risk, and prevent and control exposures arising from operations and activities.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the strategic and functional leader for all of Crane's global insurance needs, including adding new insurance programs that address the Company's evolving needs, and interfacing with the Company's brokers and current and potential future underwriters
* Proactively identify risks within the organization and help business teams evaluate insurance products to mitigate as appropriate
* Lead, plan, manage, and oversee the renewal process for Crane's global insurance policies that include, among others, property, general liability, umbrella, D&O, auto, crime, cyber, umbrella and excess liability, aircraft products and hull
* Manage Crane's property risk improvement plan in close collaboration with senior management, individual business unit sites, and the company's property insurer
* Perform insurance due diligence on target acquisitions and oversee the integration process of newly acquired companies.
* Review limits, deductibles, proposal quotes, and renewal terms and make recommendations to senior management and the Board
* Prepare and manage the annual insurance budget, and oversee premium allocations0
* Manage insurance claims in conjunction with the Company's businesses and brokers
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate insurance at a global company or insurance broker
* Knowledgeable about the full range of risk management and insurance and the claims management process
* Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and prioritization skills
* Exceptional time management and organization skills with proven ability to manage several on-going projects and assignments.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

The Manager, Marketing and Sales Support Analytics is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving data integrity, reporting excellence, and platform enablement across the organization. This role oversees a team focused on platform sales and commission reporting, application development, data governance, and production support, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights for business decision-making. The manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate evolving business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and applications. They prioritize initiatives, manage delivery timelines, and communicate effectively with business leaders to align expectations. The role is responsible for mentoring and growing a high-performing team, fostering technical expertise, problem solving, and professional development. Reports to the Director of Marketing with a working relationship with VP-GM, VP Product Development, Sales Leadership, Directors of Product Marketing, and personnel across Finance, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience.
A Day In The Life
* Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, and Sales to capture comprehensive platform reporting requirements, including commission reporting for all Hubbell Electrical Products businesses. Translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions using BI tools and platform reporting technologies.
* Solution Design & Delivery: Develop and implement scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with data governance standards.
* Sales Organization Incentive Plans: Coordinate all aspects of field commission reporting including quota development and commission reporting, including accurate reporting and compliance tracking.
* Customer Incentive Program Management: Coordinate all aspects of customer incentive program implementation, including accurate reporting and compliance tracking.
* Data Management & Quality Assurance: Oversee monthly point-of-sale (POS) data collection, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Team Leadership & Prioritization: Set clear priorities for direct reports to balance production support with project-based work. Communicate project statuses, timelines, calendars, and analytical priorities effectively to all stakeholders.
* Performance Management & Staff Development: Monitor team performance through technical reviews, training programs, and regular feedback. Foster professional growth and maintain high standards of quality and accountability.
* Business Process Enablement: Provide guidance to functional areas on leveraging data products to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
* Requirements Documentation & Communication: Capture and document functional and technical requirements, convert them into detailed specifications, and validate with the business stakeholders. Maintain transparency through regular updates on milestones and deliverables. Develop training materials and communication plans to support solution adoption.
* Compliance & Governance: Monitor all development activities to ensure adherence to established guidelines and policies.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Promote awareness of data initiatives and digital products across the marketplace and supply chain. Collaborate with executive sales management and distributor marketing to keep field sales teams, marketing and channel partners informed and trained in available services and tools.
What will help you thrive in this role?
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Data Analytics, or Information Technology for advanced leadership and strategic planning skills.
* Seven to ten years of progressive experience in eBusiness, data analytics, platform reporting, and application development, with a strong background in project management and business intelligence. Proven background in reporting architecture, and enterprise-level data model development. Leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional projects.
* Expertise in SAP, Power BI (Advance Dax, Power Query), and Paginated Reports. Experience in employing git source control and applying CI/CD principles to data operations is a plus. Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with relational and cloud-based databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL). Applied experience with Power Automate and comfort with the rest of the MS Power Platform.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Advanced Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
* Demonstrated experience in people management of a team of 5 plus.
