The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service to our wide array of existing customers in the market. Job Description Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system, per Operational Performance Standards (OPS) Track and Trace Shipment Files daily Scan and validate documents Ensure documents are received and processed timely to keep cargo moving Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing, within Expeditors and customer requirements Interact with our customers in arranging their domestic or international shipments, meeting customer service standards and performance measurements Communicate with service providers regularly to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments Understand departmental process flows, and contribute to best practice opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs.
