ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Administers and maintains policies to ensure physical security of all property and assets owned by the organization. * Reporting and analytics of physical security, to be compliant with TAPA America guidelines. * Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations internally and externally. * Work with contracted Security team and their physical security guard team on-site in reducing SLA times for incidents on the site. * Training and development of the local team ensuring alignment with implemented security procedures * Creating reports and analysis for customer and leadership review * Managing the contracted security team and making sure they are reporting and doing their work * Creating internal training measures for contracted security team. * In conjunction with contracted development of security procedures and protocols for site. * Partner and coordinate with customer onsite SOC * Partner with Corporate Security to maintain compliance to global security policies and procedures * Collaborate with Corporate IT & Corporate Security to ensure facility security hardware aligns with global standards * Reporting and investigating any/all security incidents at the location * Partner with Corporate Security regarding any security enhancements or process improvements surrounding local security * May communicate with law enforcement on security matters. * Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment * Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus * Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Maintains a neat and orderly storage lot unit oriented toward maximizing efficiency in servicing the plant needs. * Operates Yard Truck in a safe manner during numerous roll-on/roll-off procedures daily involving loaded and empty trailers. * Drives and operates vehicle under 15 mph in and around the plant and storage lot/staging area. * Assist with docking. * Inspect containers as necessary. * Accounts for records involving trailer numbers, gross weights, tare weights, and net weights on the scale log sheet to include source and type of material. * Interacts daily with plant personnel and complies with plant safety requirements. * Communicates using cellular telephone or 2-way radio with dispatch, operations, and plant personnel. * Maintains security of valuable commodities, with guidance from supervisory personnel as needed regarding disposition. * Duties and Tasks as assigned by Management.
