Responsibilities
• Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders.

Responsibilities
Monitor Teams Channels and/or ticketing queue for incoming assistance requests

Assist Automotive Field Technicians with Service Information documents for repairs
Assist in ordering, organizing, and managing technician tooling, including installing OEM software, troubleshooting issues, and managing how others access the tools

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems
2+ years working as an ADAS Calibration Technician, with advanced knowledge in ADAS and electrical services, equipment/tooling, and procedures
Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies
Knowledgeable and skillful in OEM software; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements is essential

Responsibilities
• Performs all refinish work according to specs.
• Match colors of paint following specified color charts.
• Responsible for communicating vehicles stage in paint process.
• Monitor painting operations to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks and correct their causes.
• Mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors, stir and thin the paints using spatulas or power mixing equipment.
• Follows OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application and curing.
• Apply designs, lettering, or other identifying decorative items to finished products, using paint brushes or paint sprayers.
• Verify paint consistency.
• Lay out logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces, according to blueprint specifications, using measuring instruments, stencils, or patterns.

Qualified candidates must possess the following background:
- 4-year college graduate with a BA/BS degree required; preference for Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater, or related field.
- At least 1 year of related professional work experience or a combination of employment/internships. Prior experience in management, operations, technology and/or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong interest in a management career with the opportunity for advancement and promotion.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus.
- Technical aptitude demonstrated through interest and exposure to new technology.
- Ability to work at a hotel location within major metro markets.

Candidates will receive a base salary and can earn a base salary + bonus incentive upon placement as an Operations Manager, Associate Producer, Director of Events or Venue Sales Manager (placement will occur immediately upon completion of the training). Salary Pay Range: $61,999.00 - $62,000.00
