Rohit brings more than 20 years of international strategic expertise and a proven track record for creating momentum and growth to Crawford. As CEO and a member of Crawford's board of directors, he is focused on company strategy and growth, business operations, investor relations and client relationships, with an emphasis on technology and innovation.

Bruce Swain is an EVP - Chief Financial Officer at Crawford. He has worked as SVP - Corporate Controller at Crawford and AVP - Financial Reporting and International Accounting at Crawford. Bruce studied at University of Mississippi between 1985 and 1986, Christian Brothers High School between 1977 and 1981, and University of Mississippi between 1981 and 1985.

As chief marketing officer, Michelle is responsible for the development of global marketing, corporate communications and social responsibility strategy to expand awareness of Crawford's brand, drive demand and loyalty for its services and improve its overall competitive positioning. Leveraging Crawford's differentiation and scope of business across the claims ecosystem, she leads a global, cross-functional team responsible for telling the Crawford story to its clients, employees and shareholders across all media and touchpoints. Additionally, as a member of the executive leadership team, she works alongside other company leaders to develop and drive comprehensive programs in support of the purpose, values and strategic priorities of Crawford & Company.

In 2017 Benedict was recognised as the Insurance Personality of the Year at the British Insurance Awards2016 appointed Chief Client Officer, Global Client Development, Crawford & Company and is a member of the Group's XLT.2008 appointed Chief Executive Officer, Crawford & Company UK & Ireland.Benedict is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and is also a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. He was elected President of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters in 2015 and has served as Chair of its Professional Conduct CommitteeBenedict has served as an advisory board member of the UK Chartered Insurance Institute Claims Faculty and was also a member of its' task force, leading to the pivotal Aldermanbury Declaration on professionalism. As Vice President and National Sales Leader, Greg Youngblood is responsible for establishing and executing ESIS’ national sales and distribution strategy. Working with senior management, he assures that ESIS’ business development goals and tactical plans are in alignment with ESIS’ growth objectives. Mr. Youngblood also directly manages the ESIS sales team and works closely with them to develop sales strategies and creative solutions that align with each prospective client’s needs. Mr. Youngblood has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Prior to being appointed to his current role, he was Vice President of Business Development for ESIS’ Southeast Region, where he led new business development efforts from 2008 to 2016. He joined ESIS in 2007 as Vice President of Client Services for the Southeast Region, where he managed a team of account executives who were responsible for delivering differentiated account management services. Prior to joining ESIS, Mr. Youngblood held various insurance and risk management positions with AlphaStaff, USI Insurance Services Corporation, Hilton Hotels Worldwide, County of Bucks (Pa.), Harleysville Insurance Company and CIGNA. Mr. Youngblood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Drexel University. He also holds insurance designations including Associate Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
