Responsibilities: • Responsible for the evaluation of donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures. Administration and supervision of approved immunizations other than red blood cell immunizations. • Manages employee hepatitis B and influenza immunization program, including administration of immunizations.
• Understands the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center where applicable, and oversees donor immunization programs. Reviews antibody titer results as required. Maintains awareness of appropriate immunization schedule for each antigen.
• Ensures the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
• Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions. May conduct routine audits of these internal procedures and documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:
• Active state licensure from a paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, naturopathic training program or medical school required OR

American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a home health position requiring at least two years of experience and active Massachusetts licensure.
Responsibilities
Home health setting serving patients in their residences throughout the South Region
Caseload includes patients of all ages, from birth to over 100 years old
Interdisciplinary team environment with ongoing collaboration among providers
Uses Epic charting system for all documentation
Day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with weekend rotation every six weeks
Conduct age-appropriate speech therapy evaluations reflecting patient history and perform relevant tests and measures
Develop, reassess, and modify treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs and examination findings
Maintain current and accurate documentation in accordance with agency standards and regulatory guidelines
Orient and supervise Home Health aides per agency and state requirements
Collaborate closely with patients, families, and other allied health professionals
Manage patient caseload per agency, state, and professional regulations
No local candidates accepted within 60 miles of Boston; those within this radius will be compensated at a lower rate
RTO (requests for time off) must be provided at the time of consideration

Requirements
Active and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Massachusetts Board of Registration (MA conditional licenses not accepted)
At least two years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home health as a Speech Therapist
Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to learn new software applications
AHA-issued certifications where applicable
Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Proof of influenza and COVID-19 vaccination with no exemptions permitted
