James Gardner, digital innovator, CEO & Founder of CREATETHE GROUP, an Englishman living in Soho, New York City. James started out as a Management Consultant for Accenture in London, specializing in Strategy & Technology. He moved to NYC in 1994 to work on Wall Street first with Goldman Sachs and later Merrill Lynch, where he was the youngest Technology Director and was a key force in automated and algorithmic trading. James founded CREATETHE GROUP in March 2004, the agency that has pioneered digital luxury for the world’s most successful fashion and retail brands. He has grown the company to over 150 people with offices in NYC and London. In 2009 he raised $12M second round financing to support further investment in CTS Platform, Ecommerce Platform of the Future as well as development of new Agency capabilities and service offering.

Diana Hong is a Chief Creative Officer at Createthe Group and is based in Greater New York City Area. She has worked as Senior Design Lead at Oven Digital, Designer at Bau-Da Design Lab Inc, and Designer at Abramson Ehrlich Manes. Diana works or has worked as Vice President, Creative Director Global Digital Marketing at Tiffany & Co.. She attended Parsons School of Design between 1999 and 1999 and University of Maryland College Park between 1991 and 1996.
