Have implemented USAID projects at senior management levels in Tanzania for many years. Worked with International Youth Foundation in introducing BridgeIT in Africa from the Philippines (a USAID funded education project). Led the successful implementation in Tanzania, which was adopted by the ministry of Education after the project phase out. Thereafter consulted with Pearson Foundation as lead consultant in introducing BridgeIT in Africa where a few countries were selected they include Nigeria, South Africa and Kenya.

I've been with Creative for decades. I've held various positions over the years, including: Director of the Private Enterprise Division, Director of Operations, Director of Programs & Operations. I became COO in 2011. I supervise three programmatic divisions--Communities in Transition, Education, and Economic Growth Divisions. I also oversee four operational divisions--Information Management & Technology, Human Resources, Security, Field Administration and Communications Divisions. As COO, I operationalize Creative's strategic plan, manage the day-to-day operations of a complex organization, manage business performance, and build institutional capacity in order to position the firm to seize growth opportunities. Creative operates about 25 field offices in mostly politically turbulent and often non-permissive environments. With over 20 years of legal experience, Laurence Grayer is a strategic corporate counsel and executive with extensive experience advising CEOs, boards of directors, and business leaders regarding high-profile disputes and high-exposure litigation matters, commercial and government contracts, corporate compliance and governance, business transactions, government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, FAR, intellectual property, crisis management, labor and employment, risk management and mitigation, insurance coverage, and wide-ranging foreign and domestic legal matters. She has worked as deputy country director at INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, Deputy Team leader at AKTIS STRATEGY LTD, and legal adviser at RLM Hanssa swiss company. Enas attended Naser university between 1989 and 1991 and Gortoba school between 1985 and 1988.

Fabrice Boussalem is a Deputy Chief Of Party at Creative Associates International Inc and is based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. He has worked as Consultant at World Bank; Deputy Coordinator, Recovery & Peace at United Nations Office of the Recovery Coordinator (UNORC); and Sahel Programme Manager & Coordinator at UNDP. Fabrice studied at ENSAT between 1991 and 1994 and Fordham University between 2002 and 2002.
