An internal creative team supporting annual meetings and trade shows is seeking a Visual Designer to assist during their busy season. This role is more executional, with a strong emphasis on print graphic design and print production, along with motion graphics support. The designer will help produce and update assets so senior creatives can focus on strategy and higher-level initiatives. All projects are internal facing. Start Date Position expected to start mid to late February Responsibilities Design and produce print materials such as flyers, brochures, and other event collateral Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across formats Update and adapt existing marketing and internal materials Create motion graphics and animated content using After Effects, including digital signage and LED stage visuals for events Required Skills Strong experience in print graphic design and print production Experience creating motion graphics in Adobe After Effects Ability to design for both static and animated formats Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro Equipment Requirements Must have own laptop and access to required design software To Apply Please provide graphic design and motion graphics samples demonstrating print production and After Effects work In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
