Pros of working at CCLS

Great clients to work with, even the challenging ones are very rewarding.

Cons of working at CCLS

Everyone else, ie the work culture can be very negative. Upper management is either oblivious or uncaring. Low pay and pressure to pick up extra work.

CCLS benefits

Doing community outings with residents, home atmosphere.

What do you like best about CCLS's CEO and the leadership team?

Not much. They have the clients’ best interest at heart but willing to throw employees under the bus.

How would you improve CCLS's culture?

Getting management out of their offices and spending time doing direct care more of the time.

How did you prepare for the CCLS interview?

It was quite a bit ago. Don’t recall.

Definitely on the lower side.
