We are seeking a self-motivated and creative professional with proven persuasive graphics, illustration, and layout skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of graphic designers, which includes all levels of creative roles, to execute design, compose layout, and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams. About The Role:

The First 90 Days:
You'll be immersed in learning the creative processes and workflows that drive our design team at Make & Model Marketing. With support from senior designers and our Art Director, you'll gain a strong foundation in how we create effective, on-brand digital assets for our automotive dealership clients.
Shadowing members of our design team and Art Director to observe how creative assets are planned, designed, reviewed, and delivered
Learn how creative tasks move through our internal systems and how to manage project timelines and priorities
Start applying your design skills to real projects with guidance, learning how to adapt your style to meet client and brand expectations
