Role Description

This role will closely collaborate with Product Line Leaders to achieve marketing objectives while maintaining consistency with Y branding and messaging. Additionally, the Director will manage outside vendors, including print vendors and designers, acting as the primary liaison between the YMCA and third-party vendors providing design or print services for marketing materials. They provide exemplary customer service for all stakeholders through ownership of the ticket management system. This position will also track and report all spending to ensure projects stay within budget and on time.
Essential Functions / Job Duties:
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Develops creative concepts and designs for various marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to print collateral, websites, social media, presentations, and advertisements.
