What You'll Be Doing:

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or related field; or equivalent experience
* 12+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work
* 5+ years experience in people leadership
* Extensive creative experience in both multi-media campaigns (video, podcast) and design
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns
* Familiarity with creative software and tools
* SaaS experience highly preferred
* Experience working in a high- growth start up strongly preferred

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $133,800-$167,200 OTE. As our Creative Lead on the Marketing team, you'll get to make a real impact by creating engaging emails, eye-catching marketing materials, and helpful sales tools for our producers. The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,500 to $105,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Guide the development of visual identity assets, including logos and look and feel.
Oversee all stages of creative development, from conceptualization through execution and delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative visual storytelling techniques to keep the organization's creative output fresh and competitive.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
Present concepts, campaign proposals, and final creative work to internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and partners.
Manage the creative budget and allocate resources effectively across projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within sports, entertainment, or media organizations.
Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating innovative visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of branding, digital media, motion graphics, and marketing strategy.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for sports and fan engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure.
