The Media Strategy Director sits at the intersection of performance, experimentation, and brand storytelling. You'll define the media architecture that fuels our growth across paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging channels-building a data-driven system that scales efficiently, performs intelligently, and inspires our audience. This role is both strategist and architect: setting the vision for how media drives business performance and cultural relevance. Position Summary: The Creative Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and direction of the Centria family of brands. This individual will possess a strong balance of conceptual thinking, design expertise, and strategic leadership. They will be responsible for driving brand consistency and innovation across all creative outputs, ensuring that all deliverables are compelling, impactful, and aligned with the company's goals. The Creative Manager will oversee the management of creative freelancers and external support, coordinating resources to execute projects effectively and efficiently. Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, a timely, positive customer service experience for team members, and a high level of compliance. Lead the conceptual development of creative ideas, ensuring they are innovative, brand-aligned, and strategically sound. Act as the creative point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns and assets. Project Oversight and Execution Oversee the design and production of digital and traditional assets, including but not limited to social media content, website elements, online banner ads, email campaigns, print advertisements, presentations, and event materials. Manage end-to-end creative project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. Collaborate with internal marketing leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives. Freelancer and Vendor Management Recruit, manage, and evaluate creative freelancers and external support to ensure high-quality and cost-effective project execution. Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to freelancers and other creative partners. Brand Consistency and Innovation Ensure all creative work adheres to established brand guidelines while driving opportunities for evolution and innovation. Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in design, technology, and content storytelling to keep the company's creative output competitive and fresh. Presentation and Communication Develop and present well-designed creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders. Serve as an advocate for design excellence and strategic creativity within the organization. Compliance with Centria's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related Fine Arts Required Work Experience 5+ years of experience in creative roles, including a track record of leading successful projects and campaigns. Experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies is a plus. Experience in leading the development of creative materials and providing direction on key brand points to internal an external stakeholders. Equipment and Technology Requirements Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides. Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Sketch is a bonus. Compensation $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 plus bonus Working Conditions: Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Additional time or occasional shifts in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
