The WBG Digital and AI Vertical Vice Presidency is responsible for getting the right public and private sector solutions to our operational teams and to our clients, and to produce scalable impact. The strategy identifies the priorities that WBG will engage across the client segment over the next five years. The implementation plan is currently under preparation.
Duties and accountabilities:
The WBG Director will lead a diverse and multidisciplinary team of staff with skills from across IBRD/IDA, IFC, and MIGA institutions and business contexts.

Selection Criteria

Job DescriptionThe Democratic Governors Association (DGA), the campaign committee responsible for electing and supporting Democratic Governors, is seeking a Digital Director, Independent Expenditure (IE) for the 2026 cycle. This individual will report directly to the IE Director and be heavily involved in the work of electing Democratic Governors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked on at least one statewide race as a digital director and wants to contribute directly to the programs run by the DGA IE team. The salary for this position is $100,000-110,000 annually before benefits and applicable withholdings. Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the IE's primary point person for digital persuasion firms, providing feedback and insight on digital products, ensuring products are aligned to the overarching message and meet the IE's quality expectations;
Advise the IE Director on every facet of digital spending, including but not limited to platforms, media mix, targeting, and creative packaging;
Ensure digital creative are created with best practices for different and emerging platforms, and that the content is targeted correctly for intended audiences;
Work with the IE Director and external partners to standardize reporting across states, ensuring decisions are being made using the best data available;
Lead the IE's work in emerging digital spaces - including, but not limited to, work with influencers, content creators, and other partners in the new media space;
Stay up-to-date with current digital trends and data, sharing information with IE staff and consultants;
Maintain the IE's digital assets library and reporting structures;
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications● At least one cycle leading a digital department as a Digital Director on a statewide campaign.
