The purpose of this role is to provide genuine partnership and a strong creative perspective to our clients, serve as guardian and rocket fuel for their brands, provide leadership and mentoring to on-site teams in every position, grow business and ensure the smooth operation of the account in tandem with account and program leaders. This role will require travel, overseeing teams located both within the U.S. and to Canada. This is a 3-day-a week on-site role, located in Chicago. The base pay range for this position is $127,400 - $200,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
