Role Description
We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer responsible for producing high-quality, consistent, and brand-appropriate visual assets across digital marketing, eCommerce, and packaging initiatives. This role collaborates closely with marketing and cross-functional partners to deliver compelling, on-brand creative that drives business growth. The role will report to the Head of Marketing, and is based in Miami, FL (hybrid office schedule).
Job Duties:
Design digital assets for performance marketing, DTC website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, email, and social platforms.
Develop packaging graphics and support brand packaging refresh initiatives - alone and in collaboration with our external package production agency.
Develop product mockups/renderings, sometimes with very limited lead-times, that are consistent with other product / promo assets (shadows/lighting etc.).
Maintain strong brand consistency overall, while driving creative innovation, including effective use of AI creative tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver creative aligned to strategic briefs.
Adapt designs for multi-platform needs, ensuring accuracy across formats.
Organize assets, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Direct and collaborate with external partners/agencies on packaging and special design projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
4-5+ years in graphic design, with strong preference for VMS, beauty, or health & wellness brands.
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma and motion tools a plus
Experience with eCommerce assets and performance media creative
Understanding of dietary supplement packaging design and pre-press requirements
Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory with excellent attention to detail.
