What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the day-to-day creative work of our Studio Content Directors and Art Directors, including assigning projects, managing team bandwidth, and driving process improvements
Lead all aspects of the video creative team and advise on set designs, scripts, casting, styling, art direction, and crew recommendations - ensuring accurate creative scopes are set and that our Studio work meets the creative brief
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork throughout the department and model this among Studio leaders
Coach and mentor video creative talent; set clear goals that align with broader marketing priorities, track progress, and guide professional development

What You'll Need:
8+ years of experience leading creative/video initiatives in an agency or brand setting, with 3+ years leading teams crafting on-brand video at an agency, production company or internal marketing studio
Proven experience as a marketing video director or commercial director is required - receiving scripts/storyboards and translating those into shooting boards, treatments, set direction, casting and music direction and working with studio departments to implement the vision
Demonstrated success as a people leader capable of articulating creative expectations to Team Members, to understand the day-to-day work and obstacles facing your team, supporting team growth, and encouraging a shared sense of purpose
