The CreativeDirector will provide creative leadership for game aesthetics, mechanics, design, and story for Darkpaw Games, located in San Diego, CA. In partnership with the Darkpaw Games Creative and Leadership teams, this person will also help attract and retain the best creative gaming talent around. This position will:
Provide visionary oversight and creative direction for an unannounced title within Darkpaw Games.
Establish and refine the high-level core gameplay loops.
Advise on and develop supplementary systems that reinforce gameplay loops that focus on core pillars of the game:
Community and Teamwork - Working together and building social bonds to achieve things that you can't do (or is very hard to do) on your own.

Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of direct game development experience.
Proven success from previously released titles.

As part of the Payer Operations team you will set the vision and strategic roadmap for technology and AI-enabled payer operations across core value chain functions. As a Director you will drive business growth by leading large, complex consulting engagements, delivering excellence, and acting as a trusted advisor to payer executives on operational transformation and AI adoption.

What You Must Have
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 10 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
