Monitor and assist with relocation of office equipment and furniture as needed
Backup for others within Facilities.
Perform various tasks as needed.

Must have good communication and organization skills.

Links the family to community resources and formal and informal supports and coordinates with DCP&P, sharing relevant information with DCP&P staff, other providers, and supports. Facilitates visit planning meetings and participates in other relevant meetings.
Therapeutic Intervening
Uses clinical interventions and trauma informed approaches to promote behavioral change in caregivers and children through education, modeling, reinforcement, and empowerment.
Coaching

Education and Certification Requirements:

How You Will Contribute

* Experience working for or with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. Deep functional expertise in one of more of the following areas:

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform field visits to collect various types of traffic data:
Drone aerial photography and video
MioVision camera and radar unit installations
Manual traffic and parking counts
Download, save and process video and other data
Prepare field checklists:
Measure roadway grades, widths, and distances
Take site photographs
Prepare intersection sketches
Sight distance evaluations
Inventory roadway signs, signal equipment, utility locations, etc.
Communicate regularly with our traffic engineers and coordinate with equipment vendors, clients, and sub-contractors.
Track count and data collection efforts on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
FAA Part 107 License
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
1-3 years of experience
Candidates must have a valid driver's license

As a SBSS, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with I/DD who may have challenges, helping them achieve greater independence and build valuable life skills. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans developed by behavior analysts or specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Recognize signs of escalation, intervene promptly, and use approved behavioral techniques to de-escalate situations.
Accurately record behavioral incidents, progress notes, and other required data.
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, medical monitoring, and health-related tasks.
Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served and their families.
Ensure client safety and maintain a secure, clean environment.
Remind and assist clients with medication self-administration (with proper training).
Encourage and promote self-help and independence.
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions or family situations to supervisors.
Perform home management tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities, providing transportation when needed.
Assist with toileting and other physical care tasks as required.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than three suspensions and/or moving violations in the past three years).
Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
Ability to work in Residential Program or home-like settings.
Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
