Onsite The Exchange Technology consultant is responsible for resolving and troubleshooting complex system and service issues. The Consultant role includes knowledge of operating: MS Exchange, Email Archiving, Active Directory, Windows servers, and DNS. Project & Platform Initiatives (40%) Partner with cross-functional teams to implement cloud platform solutions on AWS, leveraging Terraform and Pulumi for infrastructure-as-code. Lead security initiatives, including scanning, investigation, source code reviews, and compliance checks. Apply AI and automation to improve operational processes, solve complex problems, and create scalable solutions.
