Creative Foam company history timeline
Creative Foam Corporation was founded in 1969 by the late Doctor Peter T. Swallow.
The creation of our Fenton Campus, which houses a number of important sites, began in September of 1984 as the current Corporate Office location as well as a Transportation Plant (Alloy Drive) were established.
An important aspect to the success of Creative Foam, the E&D Center was opened in April of 1989.
In 2003, our facility in Athens, Tennessee was established serving customers within the Transportation division.
In May of 2014, the Composites Division was moved from Longmont to Berthoud, CO, providing additional capacity needs and offering a more effective location for suppliers and customers.
In October of 2017, Industrial Opportunity Partners announces that it has made an investment into Creative Foam Corporation in partnership with existing shareholders and the current management team.
