Anand P Shanbhag has been working in the capacity of a Chief Operating Officer and a Global Delivery Head with Creative IT. (CITI). He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has played an instrumental role in building up CITI to a Global Delivery Center. Prior to working with Creative IT, he has been working in the Financial Services Industry for more than 14 years with different MNC's like Mastek, MphasiS(part of HP), Oracle Financial Services, and Ness Technologies Inc.

His technology and solution architecture expertise interlaced with concrete Program/Project Management skills have resulted in flawless execution of large scale projects with most of the organizations he has worked with . He has been also heading the PMO along with the compliance practice in Creative IT India Pvt Ltd.

Gev Satarawalla joined the India arm of CITI in 2007. Since then, he has played an instrumental role in reorienting what had been an India-focused, conventional IT services company into an international market-focused, thought-leading, and distinctly innovative software solutions company. The many contributions he has made to the company and to the verticals it serves, include ground-breaking technology products, alliances and new business ventures on a multi-national scale.

Currently, Gev wears multiple hats to provide product, technology and innovation leadership across various life-cycle stages of technology products that have gained industry recognition and market success; heads the IT Infrastructure team; is the CISO at CITI India for ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliance as well as a member of the Security Council at CITI US; leads the Marketing Content and Proposals Team responsible for winning multiple contracts worth millions of dollars; and is growing a Technology Innovation Team targeting new-age improvements across products, processes and infrastructure. In these capacities, Gev responds directly to the Board at CITI.

On his career path prior to CITI, Gev was promoted to the highest management band in a $2 billion (USD) Indian enterprise and awarded stock options for exceptional performance after the first year with the company where he brought the world’s then largest SAP Retail implementation back from the brink of failure, a success story that received widespread appreciation.

He also built a start-up - with only a $300 (USD) loan while still in engineering college - into a viable IT solutions company of more than 100 employees, one which is still profitable to-date.

Joe Richardson is a Chief Architect at Creative Information Technology Inc. (CITI) and is based in Bristow, Virginia. He has worked as Senior Software Engineer at DEFENSE GROUP INC and CIO/VP/Systems Developer at Actuarial Management Corporation. Joe attended Clemson University between 1987 and 1991 and Clemson University between 1988 and 1991.
