The Content Creative Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining NewLane's content marketing library and developing sales content collateral to support NewLane's sales channels. Content creation spans email messaging, sales collateral in digital and print form and Web-based content (e.g., LinkedIn, social median NL's Website). The Content Manager will be offer guidance to ensure customer messaging is effectively implemented across all of NewLane's various all Sales Channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Custodian of NewLane's content library used by all sales channels
* Create core collateral material used within the SalesForce Platform by SBU sales reps for dealer and customer communications.
* Upon request, prepare Vendor specific marketing content.
* Create event driven content for a specific sales campaign (e.g., competitor disruption, economy related)
* Create a Marketing Playbook and related content on new customer onboarding (e.g., Welcome Letter, series of follow-up communication pieces).
* Create a Marketing Playbook and related content for existing customer reactivation Win Back Campaigns.
* Unify content creation and maintain NewLane's message across all relevant mediums (i.e., email, blog, website, video, customer portal, etc.)
* Work with market research to develop content strategy that incorporates NewLane's value proposition and helps differentiate NewLane from its competitors
* In coordination with Sales Leadership, refresh Content material periodically towards strengthening messaging effectiveness across all mediums of communications.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required, with 5+ years of B2B content management experience
* Solid understanding of basic marketing principles
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams
