JOB SUMMARY
The Art Director will use a variety of hard and soft skills, as well as industry knowledge, to provide the most comprehensive support to the Creative Team and our business. The role is responsible for helping to drive consumer engagement and growth through impactful, creative, and motivating design. In compliance with local and state law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles that will be performed in New York City, Colorado, and California. The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses held. What we are building
