Installers are part of a typical two person team that installs our Cambria tops in residential applications. Also install cabinets and other casework, countertops and other fabricated products in both commercial and residential applications. This job is about keeping the equipment and control systems in a food manufacturing plant running smoothly. You'll install, fix, test, and maintain machines and the computers that control them. You'll help prevent breakdowns, solve problems quickly, and make sure everything meets safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Install, adjust, and maintain machines and the electronic systems that control food-processing equipment. Write and update computer programs that run the machines (PLC and SCADA systems). Figure out what's causing equipment issues and repair them. Respond quickly to calls from production when equipment controls stop working-keeping downtime as short as possible. This entry-level position is responsible for learning and training on a variety of tasks to process, dry and package whey products that meet customer expectations and support the achievement of the company's vision, mission and values. Essential Functions Provide assistance to operators and learn the basics of each position. Perform preventative operator maintenance (POM) duties and complete additional cleaning tasks as determined by the supervisor. Provide support to Whey Operator during CIP process. Monitor, test and correct CIP concentrations. Assist and support cleaning-related POMs. Assist in CIP on MP RO/POL, Water HTST and all associated lines, tanks and equipment according to SOPs. Provide support to Lactose Operator and Evap Operator during CIP process. Monitor and sample RO/POL/HTST process during shutdown, CIP, and startup at specified control points and correct any deviations from defined analytical set points.
