The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of underwriting and related systems, as well as portfolio risk management experience. This role involves high judgment decision making, use/creation of risk analytics, the ability to analyze customer financials, complex underwriting, and management of SLAs. The role will support underwriting operations for international expansions. This role will report into the NA Credit Operations Manager based in Seattle, WA. Key job responsibilities • Underwrite medium-to-large credit applications. • Evaluate portfolio risks across WW portfolios, monitoring and creating risk metrics. • Improve processes to increase efficiency and improve risk mitigation across WW markets. • Contribute to and build underwriting/credit strategies across the portfolio and individual customer sub-segments. • Assist in defining policies and product features to support automated and manual credit decisioning and monitoring. • Establish, constantly improve, and be a thought leader for a credit adjudication and performance monitoring platform. • Develop processes, mechanisms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to grow efficiently and in a scalable way. • Review complex credit decisions that require manual reviews or exceptions. • Participate in program operations, partner with product managers and contribute to team-wide improvement goals. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partner with cross-organizational teams on high priority initiatives. Upon required licensing and SAFE registration, the Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (SAFE) employee will transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role.
