The Commercial Analyst is responsible for evaluating market dynamics, developing financial and valuation models, supporting transaction execution, and optimizing portfolio performance across multiple asset classes. This position requires regular interaction with senior leadership and executive stakeholders and plays a critical role in supporting investment decisions, risk management, and commercial strategy. We are currently searching for a Credit & Treasury Analyst with a bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting to join the Credit & Treasury Team at Microchip's headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. Represent the credit union at civil cases and small claims court hearings when necessary.

Work with Consumer Lending management on dealer buybacks and initial payment defaults.

Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, finance, or a related field is expected. Advance degrees in law, business, or other related professional compliance or legal certifications are preferred.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: At least two years of experience in an in-house legal department of a financial institution managing collection or bankruptcy litigation.

Job Responsibilities
+ Manage all aspects of the loan process and follow up on vendor work to ensure completion.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

+ Ability to establish credibility and rapport, be friendly and personable and look for ways to benefit the customer.
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
+ Demonstrated analytical/problem solving & follow-up skills.
+ General administrative skills: filing, typing, and organizing information.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to focus on accuracy with attention to detail.

The Sr. CreditAnalyst will be responsible for evaluating credit and other relevant data to determine the credit risk of potential customers. Make recommendations, issue approvals, and decline credit requests in accordance with Stellantis Financial Services' credit risk policies, compliance guidelines, and profitability models.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate all credit reports in common formats as well as any format unique to SFS.
Accurately apply credit policies, in accordance with FCRA, across multiple product lines for various types of loans.
Manage exceptions to the published credit authority using judgment and experience to produce risk outcomes within company expectations.
Complete final disposition on credit applications or escalate to the appropriate level of authority for final approval.
Make outbound calls and manage inbound calls to negotiate final contract terms with both dealer customers and the DRM.
Assist with escalated calls from dealers and DRMs who are dissatisfied with a credit decision. Re-evaluate decisions and manage them professionally to maintain positive relationships.
Participate in targeted outbound call campaigns as time permits, in coordination with the DRMs, to cultivate long-term dealer relationships.
Work directly with the Funding department and DRMs to resolve credit and verification issues that arise during funding.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior associates within the department.
Maintain confidentiality of personal information for consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies Required:
