Credit Analyst Intern Program
As a credit analyst intern, you will gain practical experience of credit analysis, loan operations, loan production, and related fields.
Our credit analyst interns perform many of the same activities as a full time analyst. This includes analyzing financial information and performing due diligence on customer loan requests. Additionally, interns integrate as part of a team that includes individuals from sales, loan operations, documentation, and credit functions working toward common goals. Finally, as an intern you will have the opportunity to build out a specific project plan and present a recommendation relating to that initiative that will help move our business forward, leaving a lasting impression of your work and accomplishments.
FBTC Credit Analysts also have the opportunity to attend various meetings and network with senior leadership throughout the internship experience.
Key Competency Requirements
We are seeking students pursuing a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or a related field with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher. Understanding of finance and financial statements is a plus. You must possess excellent analytical ability, enjoy making individual decisions and have the ability to process information quickly. Demonstrated interpersonal skills are a must.
This position is a summer position (late May- mid August) with hours flexing around 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday.
