GENERAL SUMMARY
Perform the analysis of financial statements and tax returns using nCino for Account Officers to use in their recommendations for new and renewal extensions of credit. Calculate various financial ratios to assist in the ongoing monitoring of borrower compliance to financial covenants per loan agreements and the submission of financial documents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages ticklers and covenants and monitors receipt of financial documents pertaining to the existing credits using nCino. This may include financial statements for borrowers, owners and/or guarantors, tax returns, financial spreads, collateral information, covenants, borrowing base, credit reports, and projections.
Prepares and analyzes financial spreads using nCino for private and public companies, prospect, individual and corporate tax returns according to the standard classification and guidelines established by the Bank.
Prepares individual and global cash flows.
Calculates covenant compliance based on Borrower's Loan Agreement (BLA).
Forwards completed spreads to lending unit. Identifies and notifies lending unit of covenant violations and escalates to Credit Administrators as required.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge on all Bank lending policies and regulations.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge in financial spreads and basic GCF process.
Completes quality spreads with supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

Minimum Qualifications

CPA license (active or in process).

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Credit Specialist/Sr. Credit Specialist at Allstate Floral are generally responsible for managing debts owed to creditors. This position oversees various operations necessary for resolving client debt repayment and evaluates the credit situation of a customer to identify debtors and credit level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Note payments posted on account.
Update postdated payments information to customers' account.
