Job Summary
The Supervisor, Cash & Credit oversees daily payment posting and credit balance operations to ensure timely, accurate reconciliation of all incoming payments and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day cash posting and credit balance workflows, ensuring all payments are posted, reconciled, and maintained in compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee processing of payment batches-including denials, contractual adjustments, and guarantor payments-and ensure all batches are balanced and closed on time.
Review and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), verifying co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, adjustments, and denials to ensure accurate patient account balances.
Lead efforts to resolve posting or cash balance discrepancies, ensuring issues and resolutions are fully documented for audit readiness.
Monitor key performance indicators related to timeliness, accuracy, and backlogs, and provide training and guidance to improve team performance.
Prepare and evaluate cash performance reports, offering insights on trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities while addressing escalated posting issues.
Review and approve refund and retraction requests within established authority levels.

This is a division of Credit Management concentrating in the management of commercial relationships assigned to the Workout Department at TD Bank. Portfolio managers and credit analysts gain exposure to the full breadth of commercial loans that TD underwrites. Syndications, ABL, Auto Finance, Middle Market, Investor CRE, Not For Profit and Community Banking are all the differing loan products managed within.
The Credit Analyst II is responsible for conducting in-depth industry and financial analysis of existing and potential borrowers. This job works cooperatively to support the Lending and Credit functions of the Bank.
Depth & Scope:
Responsible for financial analysis of moderately complex loans/industries/Customers
Works more independently but under the guidance and review of lead staff

May prepare complete written analysis with appropriate recommendations for approval, denial and alternative structure when necessary
May maintain credit files, monitor data such as updated financial statements and prepare updated analysis memos
Monitors compliance with regulatory requirements
Provides written analysis that identifies any deviations from the Company Commercial Loan Policy and becomes familiar with alternative structures in order to reduce credit risk

Education & Experience:

Provide financial order management support to Supply Chain and Sales personnel to control credit exposure, effect timely payment and minimize risk of customer disputes.
Proactively provide financial guidance in review of order backlog to control credit exposure. Manage credit hold status in SAP and recommend credit hold on product when applicable. JOB REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Three to five years of related banking, finance or credit experience
Previous commercial credit analysis experience with the ability to read, interpret and analyze business financial statements

Skill in working with lending/credit software platforms; intermediate to strong spread sheeting (MS Excel) capabilities with ability to create ad-hoc reports efficiently from general specifications provided

The CSB Credit Specialist II - REITs, CRE Funds, and Capital Call Facilities Credit will independently manage an existing portfolio and underwrite new credits to public REITs, private CRE funds, and Capital Call Facilities to CRE sponsors.

The CSB Credit Specialist II is responsible for ensuring quality and compliance within an assigned portfolio, supporting new business development while applying credit risk policy and adhering to TDBG risk appetite. The CSB Credit Specialist II performs the credit underwriting and credit administration functions. The CSB Credit Specialist II works to achieve credit management objectives within the team. **Depth & Scope:**
+ Performs in depth credit analysis for which a majority of accounts consist of; highly diverse portfolios at the highest complexity; large pieces of a much bigger client portfolio that may include other institutions and input; risk factors that create large variables to create decisions on portfolios
+ Performs in depth credit analysis in partnership with Relationship Manager on potential and existing customers to determine alignment with TD Bank products/structure TD Credit Risk Appetite and credit policies/underwriting guidelines
+ Partners with the Relationship Manager on potential structure proposals that are in alignment with TD Bank products/structure, TD Credit Risk Appetite and credit policies/underwriting guidelines
+ Attends site visits and prospect/customer calls as needed or as requested
+ With support from the Credit Analyst, prepares credit applications for new and existing borrowers; Applications shall include new transactions, extensions, modifications, renewals and Annual Reviews

+ Manages the timely approval, documentation preparation and negotiation, and closing of new and existing transactions
