Complete appraisal reviews for new loan applications. Prepare credit assessments for new proposals and renewals. Communicate with frontline teams to collect required documents and revise proposals as needed. Recommend commercial loan and trade service transactions in the GCMS loan system (collateral, customer rating, facility rating, credit limit, loan agreement, and loan advances). Update Bankpoint for pipeline reporting and tracking of new loans. Conduct post-loan booking call-backs, including completion of closing checklists. Participate in property inspections. Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and bank policies. Perform additional duties and assignments as required. Adhere strictly to the Department/Bank's code of ethics. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
