Your Opportunity: Senior Credit Manager
The Senior Credit Manager plays a pivotal role in growing the loan portfolio in a prudent manner, structuring mutually beneficial loan solutions, and operational excellence leading the team of Credit Managers. The Senior Credit Manager leads the Bank's Credit Management function, overseeing a team responsible for underwriting, structuring, and approving commercial loan transactions within delegated authority. The Senior Credit Manager plays a central role in supporting loan origination, approval, closing, collateralization, and ongoing credit administration. Strong background in loan structuring, risk identification, cash flow analysis, collateral analysis, and problem loan resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Credit Investigation and Analysis
Conduct thorough credit investigations and evaluations to determine the creditworthiness of commercial and consumer loan applicants.
Review credit histories by obtaining reports from reputable sources and references.
Prepare financial spreads and assist in the development of credit presentations.
Analyze information and prepare credit write-ups for new loans and renewals as requested by lending officers.
Establish and Maintain Credit Files
Ensure all customer credit documentation-including loan applications, financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and account information-is complete and up to date.
Maintain accurate and organized credit files in compliance with internal policies.
Monitor and update financial statements to ensure they remain current and meet loan agreement requirements.
Monitor Existing Credit Relationships

20. Monitors existing credit facilities for financial and reporting covenant compliance. Preparation and continual review the compliance log to ensure updated financial information and covenant compliance. Notify Borrower and Guarantor of missing reports and non-compliance with terms of their Agreement. Correspond with Loan Monitoring Group and Credit Administration on recommended waivers, amendments, etc. Focus on early identification of problem loans and assist Portfolio Managers, Business Bankers and Credit Administration to take appropriate action.
