This position will have responsibility for a Region and can be located in any Branch in the US. **Job Posting External** **Job Duties** + **_Customer Orders on Hold Review_** _-_ Review customer orders currently on hold to determine reason and possible resolutions. Perform credit assessment to determine if credit limits can be extended and to identify potential delinquent payment risks. Work with Credit & Collection Specialist to follow up on account and determine payment status. Make updates to customer accounts based on customer account review and established Company guidelines; escalate complex review findings to Supervisor. + **_New Customer Credit Limit Set-up -_** Review daily accounts set up for the branch network. Confirm credit application is received. Pull Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) report along with customer history across Company. Based on research and Company guidelines, set applicable credit limits, customer terms, and grace days in the customer master file. Assist in financial analysis and approval of credit for new customers. Confer with Credit & Collections Manager if limits/terms are in exception to or greater than specified limits. + **_Existing Customer Audit -_** Ensure accuracy of customer data and billing. Review names, parent fields, collector assignments, terms, duplications using Metrics Reporting. + **_Miscellaneous -_** Perform other as assigned to support the Collections Department **Minimum** **Qualifications** + Less than 2 years related experience + Associate degree (Accounting) + _Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED_ + Occasional travel (0-5%) + Occasional overnight stays (0-5%) + _Per 8-hour shift._ Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications** Attention to detail and ability to work independent with appropriate guidance. Analytical and objective decision-making skills are necessary. Good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities. Strong computer skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
