What Skills & Experience You Should Bring * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CCE) preferred. * Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in credit and collections, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. * Demonstrated experience in a company with both software/SaaS and hardware product lines is highly preferred. * Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts receivable portfolios and improving DSO. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound credit decisions. * Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills. * In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies, commercial credit laws, and collections best practices. * Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite, SAP) and dedicated credit & collections software such as FIS/GetPaid. * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
