I am a co-founder of Credit Karma, a company dedicated to re-engineering one of the largest industries in the world - consumer finance. Credit Karma’s mission is to help consumers have a better future by simplifying decision-making and management of personal credit and finances.Credit Karma has scaled aggressively to become a major disruptor of the consumer finance industry, today valued in the billions with above 50 million members. As Chief Technology Officer, I designed the engineering framework and organization to support this growth. I manage a team that has grown from just me, to now include hundreds of engineers and counting.Prior to joining Credit Karma, I worked for a small company that was acquired by IBM, where I subsequently spent a few years on search engines and enterprise software. I have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a background in scalable systems and networks, and a lifelong passion for computer code and security.

Nichole Mustard is a Chief Revenue Officer, Co-founder at Credit Karma and is based in San Francisco, California. She has worked as Financial Services Sales Director at Compete, Inc. and VP Business Development at Credit Karma. Nichole attended Miami University between 1991 and 1995.

Greg is the Chief Marketing Officer at Credit Karma. Credit Karma has doubled its member base for four consecutive years, and several of the operations Greg built from the ground up to drive brand awareness and member engagement have directly made this possible. Greg was previously Vice President of Marketing Operations at Multilytics Marketing. After a brief time as an engineer, Greg has spent the majority of his career leveraging data to develop the systems and foundations that allow companies to engage with audiences and drive products forward. He oversees Credit Karma’s marketing department, making sure that the marketing, communications, consumer analytics and brand teams are creating meaningful experiences that reflect the company’s value to current and future Credit Karma members.

Lisa has been with RBM since 2009, working in office management and operations prior to becoming Senior Operations Manager. During her tenure at RBM, Lisa has been instrumental in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s support services (HR, IT, Business Operations) and implementing new policies and practices to ensure organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining at RBM, Lisa has held HR and Supervisory roles at a startup and a nonprofit organization. Lisa attended San Francisco State University, earning a B.A. in Speech and Communication, with a concentration in Organizational Communications. She loves traveling to new places, challenging friends on the Fitbit and discovering new Paleo recipes.
