Summary
Under the supervision of the Formula Based Lending Team Leader this position is responsible for the oversight of the Formula Based Monitoring Function. Position will track, analyze, and interpret documentation provided by borrowers as required by a Loan Agreement in support of funds advanced under a revolving line of credit. Position may also perform other related duties as determined by the Team Leader or Department Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tracks for the timely receipt of borrowing base certificates and other supporting documentation (such as Accounts Receivable and Payable Statements, Balance Sheets, Inventory Schedules), as may be required by a Loan Agreement as a condition of lending for a revolving line of credit.
Reviews and analyzes borrower-provided information received to determine compliance with formula based requirements.
Identifies and follows-up with the appropriate production staff those companies who have not filed required information in a timely manner to determine status.
Reviews and analyzes recent and historical borrowing trends for any inconsistencies.
Reviews and analyzes recent and historical collateral levels for any inconsistencies.
Follows specific notification procedures for companies outside of its permissible borrowing requirements.
Prepares and distributes reports of non-compliance with reporting requirements.
Assures maintenance of appropriate records of work performed by Formula Based Lending staff.
Offers guidance as to bank policy and industry standards to Lenders and Credit Risk Management during the underwriting process.
Provides Credit Risk Management with borrower compliance information during the annual renewal process.
May be assigned other duties and/or responsibilities within Secured Credit Administration, as needed.

Installation Made Easy (“IME”) provides software and process management that enable retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.
The Bilingual Customer Solutions Representative is responsible for handling escalated customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy. The representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, Providers, and retail partners who need additional support beyond standard customer service interactions.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in both languages. The candidate must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Issue Resolution
Manage and resolve escalated customer concerns through phone, email, or chat.
Investigate issues by reviewing customer accounts, order history, service records, or case notes.
Clearly communicate findings, provide effective solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-up through full resolution.
Collect outstanding balances once service issues are resolved, contributing to monthly budget targets.
Coordinate internally with operations, field teams, vendors, or management to address root causes.
Take ownership of each case until resolution is achieved.
Communication & Customer Experience
Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers, even in challenging situations.
Clearly explain processes, next steps, timelines, and resolutions to ensure customer understanding.
Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM or support systems.
Escalate complex or high-impact issues to leadership when necessary.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
Analyze trends in customer issues and identify opportunities for process or service improvements.
Use sound judgment to make decisions within established guidelines.
Recommend corrective actions or workflow adjustments that will improve overall customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with customer service teams, supervisors, and other departments to support case resolution.
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues affecting customer satisfaction.
Assist with training or mentoring new team members as needed.
Quality, Compliance & Performance
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and case accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or issue resolution experience
Bilingual fluency in English and French (verbal and written).
Working knowledge of service recovery principles and root-cause analysis
Proven ability to handle escalations and complex customer issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally and calmly
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, including de-escalation and negotiation skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Description
Our Account Representatives act as a conduit between clients, who bill medical insurance claims electronically, and Quadax. The Account Representative is the face of Quadax and interacts with both clients (hospitals and physician practices) and Quadax personnel alike.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with setup, some implementation, and daily operations of the Quadax electronic claims processing software called Xpeditor.
Must be ready and able to train staff (current and new) on product features as well as everyday use.
Read multiple reports and try to identify billing trends for clients.
Present clients with additional products and features.
Contact different insurance payers while researching reasons why medical claims did not pay or pass edits.
Assist clients in writing custom data converts and test these upon implementation.
Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities
* Monitor and track the daily analysis of customer disputed invoices/short-payments on a very high volume-based activity.
* Perform analysis of customer accounts based on the customer's purchases, payment history, credit worthiness, credit limit exposure and our business strategy.
* Track and evaluate past due A/R accounts to reduce the risk of credit exposure
* Evaluate credit worthiness of accounts and determine proper account order hold or releases

Compliance
* Following SOP business rules, and through case creation, generate a credit memo where applicable to resolve customer financial disputes.

About the opportunity:
You will manage the application origination relationship between FHF and dealers, working methodically to develop a thorough understanding of applicants' profiles and assess risk by reviewing application information and conducting preliminary phone interviews when needed. Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily credit and collections activities in alignment with company credit policies. The role plays a critical part in mitigating credit risk, protecting accounts receivable, and supporting long-term financial stability.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
•Identifies and mitigates financial risks using analytics and reporting to detect trends and prevent delinquencies.
•Provides recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure.
•Executes and manages mechanic's lien filings and other legal measures to secure accounts receivable and ensure payment security.

This role is responsible for researching and reconciling customer disputes, payments, credits, invoices, and contracts to reflect the proper status and balance of the customer's account receivable and ensure payment recovery on invalid short payments/claims. Disputes are researched utilizing SAP, Customer and third-party websites and external and internal departments. Position handles significant high volumes which requires fast decision making and a self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Analyze historical customer payments and disputes to derive issues, trends and root cause analysis using multiple systems and customer supplied information. This is a fully remote position for all cities in the states listed.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and track the daily analysis of customer disputed invoices/short-payments on a very high volume-based activity.
Perform analysis of customer accounts based on the customer's purchases, payment history, credit worthiness, credit limit exposure and our business strategy.
Track and evaluate past due A/R accounts to reduce the risk of credit exposure
Evaluate credit worthiness of accounts and determine proper account order hold or releases
Ability to research cash application matters on customer account
Evaluate aged items for bad debt write off and refund analysis
Perform offsetting adjustments to ensure customer account balances are properly stated
Contact customers to secure payment on overdue balances, issues resolution on open items
Provide guidance and support to Sales and Operations Managers, Logistics, Common carrier disputes, outside Distribution operations about the release of orders to accounts that have aged accounts receivable.
Maintain a strong cross functional communication with Sales, Logistics, and Management regarding identified account risks, potential credit problems, disputes and customer comments. Identify and escalate as necessary.
Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports and updates to key stakeholders
Systems Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all data related to customer discounts, allowances and other deductions in SAP
Track work on deductions issues unless the issue is resolved
Research Cash Applications done on customers from Bank Statements
Compliance
Following SOP business rules, and through case creation, generate a credit memo where applicable to resolve customer financial disputes.
Ensures GAAP, SOX and Cencora policies and procedures are adhered to and the ongoing operation, maintenance and controls of the AR system;
Ensure proper SOX documentation on customer accounts, credit memo issuance and approvals
Support audits of deductions, payments and write-offs
Identify and assist in the preparation of accounts for placement with collection agencies or 3rd Party activity.
Financial Responsibilities
Financial recovery of invalid disputed customer account receivables balances
Negotiate and structure payment plans
Ensure customer accounts are accurately stated in adherence to US GAAP
Recommend write offs for uncollectable open invoices and disputed balances
Education and Work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's degree program
Skills and Knowledge
Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance, but Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 years of A/R software experience for large corporations such as SAP, Oracle, etc
5 years minimum of A/R Dispute resolution experience in a large organization, working with vendor portals
5 years minimum of Cash Application research and analysis
Must have Advanced Excel skills: writing advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, V-lookups, etc.
5 years of experience working with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the organization to achieve business results effectively and professionally
5 years following GAAP and SOX requirements in a publicly traded company
