Role Summary The Client Account Services Sr. Manager - Insurance is responsible for managing the end-to-end service experience for our insurance clients and supporting complex client onboarding efforts. Role Summary The Investment Compliance Officer identifies, interprets, and programs restrictions into the Charles River compliance system to support automated compliance testing across all portfolios managed by T. Rowe Price. This growth-oriented role involves consulting with and providing information to investment personnel, attorneys, client operations managers and other internal and external parties. The Investment Compliance Officer also proactively assesses the impacts of regulatory changes, new investment strategies, and data changes on the rule library and manages projects assigned by the Lead Manager and/or the Investment Compliance management team. Responsibilities Onboarding new accounts, amending existing client documentation, and coding using Charles River. Liaising with client operations and/or product teams on new accounts or changes for existing clients to provide compliance feedback, manage priorities, and meet inception deadlines. Reviewing investment restrictions in proposed new account documentation and guideline amendment language to ensure coding ability in the compliance system, clarifying intent when needed. Programming logic-based rules in Charles River to effectively monitor client and regulatory requirements collaboratively with investment staff to ensure rule coding aligns with client/regulatory requirements and the investment strategy of each portfolio. Performing quality assurance testing and review of rules programmed by other team members. Evaluating compliance system functionality and available data elements to determine how restrictions can be captured in the compliance systems. Providing creative coding solutions and alternatives to capture complex requirements. Assessing impacts of code changes and testing restrictions to ensure they function as intended, and escalating any operational roadblocks or risks in new client requirements to management. Process Improvement: Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities and working to reduce risk by seeking ways to make coding more accurate, concise, and efficient Recommending ways to automate manual rules and/or implement additional compliance functionality and data due to system upgrades Developing subject matter expertise and proactively sharing expert knowledge of the Charles River system, or other investment compliance monitoring system(s), to significantly increase depth of knowledge within the Implementation team Challenging the status quo of policies and procedures, existing thinking, and offering new solutions Assisting in the continued optimization of the rule library Projects: Prioritizing, organizing, and overseeing complex projects from internal and external customer groups. Assessing the comprehensive impacts of regulatory changes, new investment strategies, products and derivative instruments on the rule library. Developing project plans for Implementation team personnel to implement changes. Communicating rule changes and resulting impacts to internal and external customers ensuring changes are appropriately documented. Developing appropriate documentation, procedures, and process controls. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience Preferred: Proven analytical skills within the area of investment compliance or a related field Strong attention to detail; commitment to improvement and quality Strong customer service orientation Strong interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communications Ability to work under pressure with a high level of determination Strong organizational skills; proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously Strong research and problem-solving skills Dedicated team player who is committed to growth and learning FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.     External Description: The position will be responsible for analyzing and developing credit opinions on securitized transactions in the ABS market. The position will require analysis of financial, consumer and property market fundamentals, security level cash flows, ongoing security surveillance, the assignment of credit ratings, and trade recommendations that benefit T. Rowe Price portfolios. The analyst will be an integral part of the Securitized Products team at T. Rowe Price. Responsibilities 1. Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities in the securitized products universe. 2. Analyze and recommend potential purchases and sales of securitized products securities to enhance portfolio performance. Conduct fundamental sector, market, and security analysis, and combine relative value and strategy considerations in sector and security recommendations. 3.
