Ellen R. Alemany is chairwoman and chief executive officer of CIT Group and chairwoman and CEO of CIT Bank, N.A., the company’s bank subsidiary. She was named CEO in April 2016, became chairwoman in May 2016 and is leading CIT’s evolution as a leading national bank that empowers businesses and personal savers. Alemany formerly headed The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Americas, the management structure that oversees RBS' businesses in the Americas. She also served as chairman and CEO for RBS Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Prior to RBS, she served as CEO for Global Transaction Services at Citigroup. Alemany held a number of senior positions during her tenure at Citigroup, including executive vice president for Commercial Business and president and CEO of CitiCapital. She also held a number of executive positions in Citigroup's Global Corporate Bank, including customer group executive of North American markets, global industry head of Media and Communications, U.S. industry head of Consumer Products, and customer group executive for the Global Relationship Bank in Europe, based in London. Alemany received her MBA in finance from Fordham University. She serves on the boards of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., The Center for Discovery, Operation HOPE and the Partnership for New York City. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City and the Board of Trustees for The Conference Board.

Rob Fauber became President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody’s Corporation on January 1, 2021 and was elected to the Board of Directors effective October 22, 2020. Mr. Fauber joined Moody’s in 2005 and has held multiple leadership roles at Moody’s. Until his appointment as CEO, he was Moody’s Chief Operating Officer and drove strategic initiatives across the company. He served as President of Moody’s Investors Service from 2016 to 2019 and was Head of Moody’s Investors Service’s Global Commercial Group from 2013 to 2016, overseeing relationship management, product development, and strategy for the rating agency. Mr. Fauber has also served as Head of Moody’s Corporate Development. Prior to Moody’s, he held roles in alternative investments, corporate strategy & business development, and investment banking at Citi. Mr. Fauber earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He and his wife have two children.

David Michael Solomon (born c. 1962) is an American investment banker, and the chief executive officer (CEO) of Goldman Sachs, a position he has held since October 2018. He has also been chairman of the bank since January 2019. Before assuming his role as CEO, Solomon was president and chief operating officer from January 2017 to September 2018, and was joint head of the investment banking division from July 2006 to December 2016. Solomon formally succeeded Lloyd Blankfein, the previous CEO, on October 1, 2018, and was named chairman after Blankfein's retirement.

Seth P. Bernstein was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AllianceBernstein (AB) in 2017. In 2018, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Equitable Holdings. Prior to his appointment at AB, Bernstein had a distinguished 32-year career at JPMorgan Chase, most recently as managing director and global head of Managed Solutions & Strategy at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In this role, he was responsible for the management of all discretionary assets within the Private Banking client segment. Among other roles, Bernstein served as managing director and global head of Fixed Income & Currency for 10 years, concluding in 2012. Prior to that, he held the position of chief financial officer at JPMorgan Chase’s Investment Management and Private Banking division.
