    We are seeking a Senior Windows Server DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, and modernization of our global Microsoft infrastructure. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, and infrastructure automation. You will play a key role in shaping our infrastructure strategy, driving DevOps practices, and enabling scalable, secure, and efficient server deployments across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities: Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering Lead the Windows Server platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Design and implement scalable, secure Active Directory and DNS/DHCP solutions. Develop and enforce infrastructure design standards, automation frameworks, and configuration baselines. Architect and maintain hybrid infrastructure solutions across VMware and AWS. Automation & DevOps Enablement Build and maintain automated server provisioning pipelines using tools like PowerShell, Packer, and MDT. Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices across the Windows platform. Automate SQL Server deployments and other infrastructure components to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. Platform Strategy & Optimization Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring initiatives. Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance platform capabilities. Design and implement resilient disaster recovery and high-availability solutions. Collaboration & Leadership Partner with application teams to ensure infrastructure solutions meet business needs. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across global teams. Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering and architecture. 8+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory in multi-site/multi-domain environments. Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills. Experience with System Center (SCCM, SCOM), MDT, and Orchestrator. Deep knowledge of DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox, Microsoft, or similar). Experience with AD Certificate Services, ADFS, AD RMS, and identity management. Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware, Cisco UCS) and physical servers. Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Packer, Varonis, and Quest AD tools is highly preferred Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls) is highly preferred Exposure to Linux systems for identity integration.
